Repair and Calibration Services
Instructions for Sending in Repairs to Tohnichi America
Send only Tohnichi items. We do not service other brands. Include the following information on your paperwork:
- Name of Contact Person
- Your fax number for quotation
- Detailed description of the problem with the tool
- If you will require NIST traceable certificate
You may either send items through your local dealer or send them directly to Tohnichi's repair department.
If you are not a dealer and send directly to Tohnichi's repair department, Terms of Payment are COD or Credit Card payment only.
A bench fee (min. $20.00 ) may apply depending on the type of tool and condition of the tool upon receipt. This fee will be waived if new tool is purchased.
A quotation will be faxed upon inspection of the tool, no work will be performed without customer's written approval.
